Silke Auchter has been awarded the Infineon Austria InnoAward 2020 in the category “PhD thesis”! For this internal Award, both an expert jury and Infineon employees cast their vote for the most innovative projects. Silke presented microstructured ion traps jointly developed by Infineon Technologies and the University of Innsbruck within the PIEDMONS project.
